Meetings

Annual meetings give instructors the opportunity to get feedback and suggestions from advisory board members. A minimum of two meetings are held annually, with additional meetings scheduled as necessary. An agenda is forwarded to members prior to meetings.

85% of total membership must be present at meetings. Those absent are contacted within one month of meeting date for input on agenda items. Minutes are forwarded to all members. Results of individual member contacts are documented.
