Students will build a strong foundation in baking and pastry arts, learning food safety, culinary math, nutrition, and product identification in the classroom. They will then apply these fundamentals in the lab, creating a wide variety of pastries, including muffins, French bread, breakfast pastries, pies, chocolate mousse, cookies, cakes, and more.
