National School Public Relations Association

The National School Public Relations Association (NSPRA) provides school communication training and services to school leaders throughout the United States, Canada, and the U.S. Dependent Schools worldwide. NSPRA also produces and markets communication products, maintains resource and research files, provides contacts and resources within the corporate communication industry, and more than 30 chapters across the country that provide local networking opportunities for members.

Michigan School Public Relations Association

Members of the Michigan School Public Relations Association (MSPRA) are public relations and communication specialists, superintendents and board members, community education and teacher association directors, curriculum specialists, teachers and college professors and students. 
MSPRA provides a framework in which people who direct communications and public relations programs can:

  • Exchange ideas and strategies with specialists from other school districts.
  • Share resources through a national network.
  • Attend conferences and workshops designed to enhance skills in personal and organizational communication.
  • Obtain help in meeting special communication needs.
