Open the  Pre-Arranged Absence document, download, fill out and then return to Careerline Tech Center Attendance Office.

Open the Release Time Change Request form to request a release time change.  Download the form, print it out and gather the proper signatures.  Turn it into Careerline Tech Center's Attendance office when completed.
